 Working principle


Firstly, Liquid Emulsifying pump works with continuous high-volume production capacity. There is no dead ends. The distribution is narrower, even higher. It is easy to operate, and automatic operation can be realized. secondly, it features as compact structure, easy installation, small footprint, stable operation, low noise. Thirdly, the work of cavity transmission uses cantilever. Axial feed, radial discharge can be realized. Fourthly,it is applicable to high temperature, high viscosity, large flow, and other conditions, such as modified asphalt, emulsified asphalt, pulp dispersion, plastic, rubber and other fields. lastly, if storage tank accompanied, the machine can be used for continuous operation of the tandem process. It also can be used in the iterative process. This design ensures that all the materials have to exit through the gap of the stators and rotors. The extraction capacity lis arge enough to pump up the materials, and the continue downstream needn't auxiliary pump, special single or double mechanical seal is adapted in the process.
