Product Description

This fully automatic filling machine adopts the plunger quantitative filling principle. Bottle feeding, positioning, filling and bottle discharging are all automatically controlled by PLC and comply with GMP standards. It is suitable for liquid paste filling in medicine, food, daily chemicals, pesticides and fine chemicals. At the filling station, since bottles are transported forward without stopping, the tracking and filling components are required to be able to realize the four functional actions of tracking descent and insertion into the bottle mouth, tracking filling, rapid rise, and rapid return. Each functional action can be decomposed for horizontal tracking movement and vertical lifting movement, four functional movements constitute a movement cycle.
